Charlotte Lill
Psychological counseling and supervision
Welcome! I’m Charlotte Lill, a certified Individual Psychology counselor and supervisor (DGIP), as well as a Family Council trainer. Alongside my counseling practice, I also manage my family’s farm. I’m married and the mother of one child. After completing my degree in education, I spent six months in Brazil working with a social project, followed by several years teaching in schools—experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of people, life, and personal development.
I support people who wish to gain more clarity, confidence, and inner balance in their lives—whether they’re going through personal, family, or professional challenges. Whether you’re a parent, a young person, or an adult looking for new direction, we work together to uncover what truly matters to you and how to live in alignment with your values.
My approach is grounded in Individual Psychology, developed by Alfred Adler, which views each person as a whole—with unique goals, relationships, and inner strengths. I believe that every individual has the freedom to make choices and the responsibility to shape their life and community. In my work, I offer a thoughtful and practical space where you can build trust in your own abilities, recognize old patterns, and open up to new perspectives.
A central focus of my work is the Family Council method developed by Rudolf Dreikurs, a student of Alfred Adler, which brings the ideas of Individual Psychology into everyday family and group life. This approach fosters constructive and more peaceful interactions by inviting all members—children and adults alike—to participate actively, respectfully, and on equal footing, while sharing responsibility within the group.
Starting in February, I will be offering training sessions and guidance to help families and other groups find shared solutions, strengthen cooperation and belonging, and cultivate a more fruitful and harmonious life together.
“In the tension between our goals and reality, we discover the meaning of our lives.”
– Alfred Adler
